You’re holding a lot. Maybe more than anyone realises.

I work with women who are exhausted from keeping everything together — pulled in too many directions, finding it hard to switch off, struggling to find any real space for themselves.

Perhaps you’re so used to looking after everyone else that you’ve lost touch with what you need. Perhaps you’re questioning what you actually want from life, or caught in patterns you understand perfectly well but can’t seem to change. If that’s you, I want you to know: you’re not broken, and you’re not alone in this.

That’s often because the understanding lives in your mind, while the pattern lives in your body. Stress and trauma don’t always speak in words — they show up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, a nervous system that never quite stands down. We can understand something intellectually and still experience it very differently in our bodies. Sometimes the body holds information that hasn’t yet found its way into words.

My job is to walk alongside you as you get to know yourself — not to tell you who you should be.

My approach is trauma-informed and somatic, bringing together therapeutic conversation with awareness of the body, nervous system regulation and movement. I’m also informed by my training and experience in mindfulness, yoga and breathwork.

I don’t believe therapy is about fixing what’s wrong with you — because there’s nothing wrong with you. It’s about becoming more curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and building a gentler understanding of yourself, your patterns, and the way your body responds to life.

There isn’t one formula for this work. You’re not a checklist, and I won’t treat you like one — every person is different, and the work is shaped around you, your experiences, and what you want to change. My role isn’t to tell you who you should be. It’s to walk alongside you as you get to know who you already are, with more compassion than you’re probably used to offering yourself.

If you’re ready to understand yourself differently and create space for the life you actually want, I’d love to work with you.

“My mission? To help you magnify the parts of you that got a little quiet — your instincts, your needs, your playfulness.”
