What can I help with?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stuck. Maybe you’re constantly doing things for everyone else but struggling to make space for yourself. Or perhaps you know something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure what.
I work mainly with women who may be experiencing:
- Anxiety, stress or feeling constantly overwhelmed
- Difficulty switching off or slowing down
- Low self-worth or feeling “not good enough”
- People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
- Self-criticism and an overactive inner critic
- Feeling disconnected from yourself or your body
- Relationship patterns or attachment difficulties
- The impact of difficult childhood or family experiences
- Trauma and its ongoing effects
- Feeling stuck, lost or unsure about what you want
- Life transitions and changes in identity
- Wanting more confidence, connection, freedom or joy
You may also simply feel that you’ve lost touch with yourself.
Perhaps you’re functioning well on the outside, but something doesn’t feel quite right underneath. You want to understand yourself better, change patterns that no longer serve you and create more space for the things that matter.
Therapy isn't just about what's wrong
Our work can also be about discovering what you want more of — whether that’s confidence, creativity, playfulness, connection, purpose or simply enjoying your life more.
You don’t have to arrive with a diagnosis or a clearly defined problem. We can start with where you are now and explore what you need from there.
